Shipping Policy

• Shipping charges will be added to all orders using UPS Ground service, unless other arrangements are made with us. 
• Minimum Shipping charges of $10 will apply to all orders.
• Shipping is FOB Origin

Return and Refund Policy

• Items orders specifically for a customer are returnable within 10 days for a cash refund or a company credit.
• “In Stock” items may be returned within 10 days.
• These items must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or damaged in any way. 
• A return fee of 10% will be charged. 
• “Made to order” items and "Special Order" are not returnable.
• All returns & exchanges are handled on a "case by case" basis and require prior authorization. You must contact Emergency Services Communications for prior authorization on any return or exchange.
• Any product that has been installed or used in any way will not be accepted for return. 
• All returns/exchanges must be within 10 days upon receipt and must be in the exact same condition as received. ANY ITEM RECEIVED AS DAMAGED MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS. 
• Any item that is accepted for return will be charged a 20% restocking fee less shipping and handling. All special order items, and any other item that must be special ordered will be subject to a restocking fee. 
• Any item shipped back without an authorization slip enclosed and a return/exchange/repair code written on the box will be charged a $10.00 Service fee plus the cost of the return shipping.
• Once an order is placed, i.e. credit card is charged, check or money order deposited, there will be a $25.00 charge to cancel the order. Exchanges, if within the 10 day return period, will not be charged any fees unless the item is a special order.
